Brian Deaver, Chief Operating Officer

Brian Deaver, a seasoned healthcare executive, brings 20 years of senior leadership to the team. His expertise lies in growing acute care hospital services, inpatient and outpatient physical rehabilitation, and hospital and physician joint ventures. Brian’s experience ranges from multi-site, multi-market facilities management to his beginnings as a practice manager and center administrator. Prior to joining Maxim Management Group, he served as Senior Vice-President over the Central Group of the largest ASC operator in the US, with responsibility for 54 sites and 177,000 surgeries per year.

Brian is a founding board member of the Outpatient 100 Executive Management Conference and regularly advises private equity and industry analysts on hospital and ASC trends. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from East Carolina University and earned his Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Health Policy from Boise State University.
