Stephanie Nunez has received a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Louisiana. She received her undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from McNeese State University and possesses her CPA license.
Ms. Nunez has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has held administrative positions as Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Administrator, and Corporate Controller for surgical, acute, and specialty hospitals. Ms. Nunez has many years of cost report experience with the Medicare and Medicaid population, including governmental regulations, billing and reimbursement issues.
Ms. Nunez has also served on the Board of Trustees for a hospital service district for four years where she aided in the turnaround of an acute care hospital. She has also been intricately involved with the startup of numerous hospitals.
She is currently an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. She has been honored as the recipient of the Follmer Bronze Merit Award and has held a position on the Board for numerous years.
Ms. Nunez is responsible for the complete financial management of all facilities. |
